Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments. * Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless material flow. * Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity. * Identify and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies and escalate issues as needed. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all shipping and receiving operations. YOU MUST HAVE * Experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse management systems. * Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft or SAP, to manage shipping and receiving data. * Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and inventory records. * Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance related to shipping and receiving operations. WE VALUE * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations. * Familiarity with material handling equipment and safety protocols. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
