Sales Associate

What You’ll Do Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect items. Checkout customers in store and process online Pick‑Up purchases. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage and sales floor replenishment standards. Participate in freight processing and truck unloads as needed. Contribute to a safe shopping environment. Experience & Skills A can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture. Retail experience a plus but not required. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation. Minimum age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $18.00–$18.50. Paid sick leave (one hour for every 30 hours worked). Up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave. Full‑time associates receive 5 days paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, 3 paid floating holidays, up to 2 additional days of paid bereavement leave, and up to 5 days paid jury duty leave.
