Responsibilities FOH team members tasks include cashier, running food and bussing tables, take-out operations, barista, and expediter. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Coordinate with the kitchen and barista to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests. Maintain clean and organized dining areas. Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests. Ensure service areas are stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Food safety and alcohol certifications recommended and will be required after 30 days of employment.
