Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans. Deliver therapy treatments and track patient progress. Address patients as whole individuals, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical abilities and independence. Collaborate with peers, coordinate referrals, and maintain a patient‑centered, compassionate environment. Ensure patients and families receive the highest quality of service. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA & A-COTE standards). Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
