- 5+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks like Express.js and Next.js.

- A passion for delivering high-impact, customer-centric software.
- Startup experience or a background working within small, agile engineering teams (<20 engineers).

- Design and build robust software solutions incorporating AI technology, specifically focusing on LLMs.
