What You'll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through reviews of records and clinical interviews with inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluation of inmate needs
• Document all treatment and assessment activities accurately in health care records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Deliver evidence-based psychological counseling techniques suited to inmates' needs
• Provide crisis interventions and mental health assessments
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality care delivery

What You Need:

• Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Experience in mental health counseling, preferably in correctional or inpatient settings
• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and confidentiality standards
• Able to work independently and adhere to safety and protocol guidelines
