Junior Marketing Representative

Green Peak Development Group is a growing marketing and customer engagement company dedicated to delivering quality brand experiences and measurable results for clients. Through strategic retail marketing initiatives and customer outreach, we support brand visibility, consumer engagement, and overall campaign performance.
We are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in marketing, customer relations, campaign support, and brand representation. The position involves working directly with customers in retail settings to promote products and services while supporting marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of retail marketing and promotional campaigns
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner to provide product and service information
Promote brand awareness through customer engagement and product demonstrations
Support team leaders with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance evaluation
Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment
Follow company policies, procedures, and client guidelines while representing assigned brands
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
Strong organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required
