Position Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced CDL Class B drivers for a mail delivery position based out of Bend, OR. This role involves operating box trucks to transport mail between designated facilities. Drivers will be home daily, making this a great opportunity for those seeking consistent routes and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate box trucks for scheduled mail delivery routes
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of mail between facilities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site contacts
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class B license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate both box trucks
- Mail delivery experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable driving experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain schedule reliability
- Must pass DOT drug screen and background check
