The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor and assess patient conditions, making necessary adjustments to care plans as required. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring patient safety. Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care. Maintain accurate and updated patient records in accordance with policy. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience in an acute care facility is preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required. Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification is required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor is required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor is required. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification is required. Schedule This position is primarily for night shifts, with options for 36 or 48 hour work weeks.
