This is a high-performing, customer-focused collision center that prioritizes OEM repair standards, continuous training, and a strong team culture. This role sits at the handoff between body repair and paint, so we're looking for someone with a strong combination of body work and prep/finish experience. What makes us different? A unique, team-based repair process OEM ONLY auto body parts A culture built on teaching, support, and long-term career growth What you'll do Minor body repairs Part repair / replacement Fill and priming work Reassembly Suspension repairs Light automotive mechanical repairs Maintain a clean and organized environment Read / repair per OEM repair procedures Welding knowledge and skills (steel, aluminum, and spot) Frame rack experience Repair and replace restraint systems (SRS) Requirements Non-negotiables Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage parts over 50 lbs Valid driver's license Must provide own hand and power tools (large equipment provided) Self-accountable, high integrity 2 to 5+ years of experience preferred for top-tier pay band; entry-level candidates with relatable mechanical/automotive background welcome Benefits What's in it for you?
