Location: Stevensville, Montana

We are a technology company specializing in rapid development of Military and Commercial optical systems: Night Vision, Laser Warning and Identification, Ranging, and associated capabilities. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician who will be a part of every aspect of the product's development.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the development and launch of core product features. Our vertically integrated company, including operations and engineering staff, are experienced veterans in providing low-power, lightweight solutions for capturing imagery across the spectrum.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and document assembly procedures
• Cleanroom assembly of optical systems
• Precision bonding of optical and mechanical components
• Interpreting engineering drawings and working under engineering direction
• Cable routing and electro-mechanical assembly
• Inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical failures
• Provide feedback for producibility/serviceability

Minimum qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated documentation / organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:

• AS/AA degree in Engineering or Physics
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00/hour
