Key Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling field service resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications while balancing the urgent needs of a complex customer base
• Driving customer satisfaction through the use of effective communication skills and following through on expectations
• Managing the strategic scheduling and efficiency of Field Service resources while balancing priorities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
