There's no limit to how many qualified drivers you can refer, so the earning potential is entirely up to you.
Referral Bonuses
Experienced CDL-A Driver Referrals
Earn up to $1,500 per qualified referral.
Your referral bonus is paid as your driver reaches key milestones:
- $500 after their 3rd dispatch
- $250 after 30 days
- $250 after 60 days
- $500 after 90 days
Total Bonus: $1,500
Cadet (Student Driver) Referrals
Earn up to $1,000 per qualified referral.
Bonuses are paid as your Cadet successfully completes training:
- $500 after completing the mentor phase
- $500 after successfully testing out
Total Bonus: $1,000
