Candidate Screener

Are you an expert talent evaluator looking for a fully remote opportunity? We are seeking a collaborative Candidate Screener to serve as a strategic partner to our recruiting teams and job seekers on a 5-month contract assignment. If you excel at understanding talent market dynamics and building trusted relationships, this flexible remote role is ideal for you.

In this role, you will align hiring needs with current labor-market trends to ensure a smooth, successful candidate journey. Ideal candidates will reside in the East Coast or Central Time Zones to seamlessly support active hiring windows. You will evaluate talent profiles, foster positive talent connections, and partner closely with hiring teams to streamline recruitment workflows.

salary: $30 - $34 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Provides expertise in screening and assessing candidates. Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using the tools provided. Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates.  Document activity in the tools provided. Provide feedback and guidance to full lifecycle recruiters  Work with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Experience supporting recruitment activity supporting clients in the federal government space
• Experience working with ATS systems – Workday preferred
• Bachelors Degree
