Many of our top performers at Rite Window have surpassed the statewide average annual salary, earning between $70,000 and $90,000 as Retail Sales Associates by consistently following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success! Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services. Key Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others Open to traveling within the local market as needed Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
