Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition benefits including professional certifications Employee referral program Job Summary General Laborer position requirements include, but are not limited to, general plant labor and clean-up of production areas; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production positions and fills in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands. Operate small equipment; replace or assist other workers as needed or directed; and other duties as assigned by management. Millwright and/or Equipment Operators preferred. Responsibilities & Duties General labor and clean-up of production areas Observe, monitor, and report any conditions which could lead to product nonconformity. Operate heavy equipment/machinery in a safe and appropriate manner. Clean, inspect, and maintain/secure all equipment in compliance with MSHA, policies, and procedures. Replace or assist other workers as needed or directed. Other duties as assigned by management. Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts. Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions.
