Associate Business Development Director - Mid-Atlantic, EBP-Mid

IQVIA seeks an Associate Business Development Director for the Mid-Atlantic region to build and maintain clinical sponsor relationships through consultative sales activities. The role involves prospecting new business opportunities, developing account strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving contract closures with 40% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and pursue new business opportunities within assigned customer accounts
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and maintain customer satisfaction
- Develop comprehensive sales plans and propose appropriate solutions for target accounts
- Lead sales presentations and coordinate proposals with internal operations and functional teams
- Monitor competitive activities, pricing, and awards; record activities in CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management
- 10 years related experience including 3 years in CRO and/or sales
- Proven track record engaging mid-level and senior contacts
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and industry awareness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Compensation: $89,900-$250,400 base pay
