The platform offers real-time ATS scoring, AI writing assistance, and 23 hand-tuned templates designed for clean A4 export. Users can quickly convert job duties into quantified accomplishments and generate polished PDF or Word resumes. EliteResume is free to start, making it accessible to job seekers at different career stages. The company focuses on simplifying resume creation and improving hiring outcomes through technology-driven tools. Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in EU. The specialist will engage prospective and existing users, explain EliteResume’s value proposition, and guide them through product features to drive conversions and subscription growth. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demos, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, and providing customer support that reinforces long-term relationships. The role also involves collaborating on marketing campaigns, gathering user feedback, preparing training materials, and reporting on sales and marketing performance. The specialist will work closely with product and operations teams to align sales messaging with platform updates and user needs. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage users, address inquiries, and build trust. Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet targets. Experience in Training, including delivering product walkthroughs and creating user-facing materials. Background in marketing, lead generation, or SaaS sales is highly beneficial. Comfort working with digital tools, CRMs, and data to analyze performance and optimize campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
