We’re looking for a **Maintenance Technician II** to join our growing manufacturing team and help support reliable, safe, and efficient operations.This role is ideal for someone with strong **mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing** who wants steady work, opportunities to grow their skills, and a company that takes safety and food quality seriously.### **What You’ll Be Doing*** Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment* Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running smoothly* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pneumatics, and related systems* Respond to production calls and breakdowns in a timely, professional manner* Assist with equipment installations, improvements, and changeovers* Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to support daily operations* Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, machine guarding, and hot work practices* Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work performed* **Bonus:** Experience with PLCs or automated equipment is a plus, but not required.
