Precision HR is looking for passionate full-time Special Education Paraprofessionals in Montgomery, MN for the Summer Program (ESY). Position starts July 6th runs through till July 30th.

Paraprofessionals work alongside teachers to help students with special needs succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Every day, you’ll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, capable, and valued.

Pay: $20-$22/hr. Based off of experience. (weekly pay!)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:15am - 12:45pm.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 2 years of college (60 credits)/ Associate’s degree, or a passing ParaPro Assessment score
• Experience working with children wtih special needs
