Senior Quality Improvement Specialist

VNS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist to lead clinical quality initiatives across home and community-based care programs. In this role, you will analyze clinical outcomes, identify performance gaps, and design data-driven interventions to improve patient safety, care effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop and monitor quality metrics, support accreditation and audits, and provide education on best practices. This position helps ensure patient-centered, high-reliability care aligned with VNS Health’s mission and standards.
