The hospital manages a wide variety of cases each day, including preventative and internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, urgent care, walk-in emergencies, and even pocket pets and exotics. The on-site boarding and grooming offerings help sustain long-term relationships with clients and ensure a steady, predictable caseload.

Inside, you’ll find four spacious exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, digital radiology, and the ability to integrate new technology of your choosing. Appointments typically run 8:30 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday with optional rotating Saturdays. You’ll be supported by an experienced team of technicians, kennel staff, receptionists, and both a practice and hospital manager—providing the operational stability you need to focus on leadership and medicine.

About You:

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Texas
• Comfortable with general surgery and dentistry
• Interest or experience in pocket pets or exotics (preferred but not required)
• A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and empowering a veterinary team
• Confident making clinical decisions and guiding medical standards
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus but not essential
• Passionate about high-quality, compassionate patient care—and excited about the idea of ownership
