Our boutique hotel is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our spa team, where your expertise and dedication will make a meaningful impact on our clients' health and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional massage therapy services, utilizing various techniques tailored to meet the needs and preferences of each client.

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.

- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment to ensure safety and comfort for all clients.

- Educate clients on recommended aftercare practices and potential follow-up visits.

- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of each session, including client feedback and progress notes.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations as well as organizational policies and protocols.

- Continue professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Valid and current massage therapy license in the applicable jurisdiction.

- Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, cupping and therapeutic massage.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and client care.

- Physical stamina to perform massage therapy services for extended periods.

- Must be available to work weekends.
