Senior Analyst, Field Service Operations

TheSeniorAnalyst,Field Service Operationswill manage operational aspects of the field service organization ensuringconsistent execution, the building of a scalable businessmodel, and mutual accountability for all parties. Activities could includesupport and ownership inareassuch asfleet management, storage facility management,tools/calibrated equipment management, etc. What you will do: Coordinate and communicate key aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes, including tools and equipment management. Develop and monitor metrics for process effectiveness and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement in field service operations. Evaluate 3rd-party vendor performance based on contracts and metrics, including those related to tools, calibrated equipment, and storage. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in service delivery, fleet operations, and equipment management. Monitor and develop metrics for the effectiveness of tool storage and calibration, ensuring performance targets and operational efficiency are met. Improve processes related to 3rd-party suppliers, tools, and equipment management for better efficiency and quality Create and maintain vendor agreements for field service and equipment management. Identify new opportunities based on customer insights and field service feedback.
