This bonus is for currently certified lifeguards only. Eligible certified lifeguards will receive $500 after 90 days of employment.SELECT YOUR PREFERRED YMCA LOCATION WHEN YOU APPLY!

As a Lifeguard, you will: Actively monitor the pool and help maintain a safe environment for members and participants. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow YMCA safety procedures. Create a welcoming and positive experience for members and program participants. Maintain a clean and organized pool environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.MAKE AN IMPACT THIS FALL!
Whether you're a currently certified lifeguard looking for a flexible part‑time job or you're interested in becoming a lifeguard, the YMCA of the North Shore offers opportunities to build valuable skills, connect with your community, and make a difference. Qualifications A minimum age of 16 years Current certifications in: LifeguardingCPR/AED
First Aid Oxygen Administration A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
