MARKETING SPECIALIST

Location: Torrance, CAType: PermanentCompensation Range: $70,000 - 900,000 per yearWe are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist for a full-time, in-office position based at our Torrance, CA headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing a wide range of marketing activities designed to generate leads and increase brand awareness specifically for our educational software products targeting the K-5 sector.The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketer capable of seamlessly managing both digital and traditional campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating effectively across teams to drive growth in the education technology space.This role requires a Japanese/English bilingual speaker.Responsibilities:Campaign & Strategy ExecutionDevelop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (B2C and B2B) targeting Teachers, Education Leaders, and Parents within the K-5 education market.Drive lead generation initiatives through various channels, focusing on securing qualified prospects for the sales team.Support strategic efforts in the development of market messaging and product positioning.Digital Marketing & AnalyticsManage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.Execute data-driven Email Marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, deployment, and performance analysis.Manage and maintain corporate Social Media Marketing channels, focusing on engagement and lead conversion.Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior, providing regular reports and actionable insights.Coordinate with internal/external teams on website updates and Web Services to ensure marketing alignment.Traditional & Outreach MarketingAssist in the planning and execution of focused Telemarketing campaigns to support sales and lead nurturing efforts.Develop materials and strategies tailored for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) audiences in the K-5 education space.Qualifications:Japanese/English speaking.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or education sector.Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Hands-on experience with SEO tools and best practices.Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot).Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Google Analytics for reporting and optimization.Strong understanding of social media platform mechanics and advertising.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for campaign content and internal reporting.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.JOBID:#LI-CELLA#LI-Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
