B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites within our I&E Renewables division in Utah, Idaho, and Texas. If this sounds like the right opportunity to drive excellence in safety, consider joining our team today!QUALIFICATIONSBilingual (Spanish) fluency is required to communicate and exchange accurate information with our diverse teams.Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT, or other BCSP designations.Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is preferred.Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32&degree; or above 100&degree;).Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho, sometimes at a moment's notice.Solar farm experience required.We are really looking for a self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision.
