CLIENT SERVICE & OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Location: Westlake Village, CA 91362 | Fully onsite
Pay: $28–$40/hour, depending on experience + performance bonus opportunity
Hours: 35–40 hours per week

POSITION OVERVIEW

Join a boutique wealth management firm serving affluent and high-net-worth families. You’ll support client onboarding, account requests, scheduling, and daily operations while helping deliver a personalized client experience.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and follow-through and wants to build a lasting career in operations. It is not a pathway to becoming a Financial Advisor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate client onboarding and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process account paperwork, wire requests, retirement account changes, and beneficiary updates.
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and other firm systems.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and track outstanding requests and deadlines.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries by phone and email.
• Support advisors with client communications, administrative needs, and account-related research.
• Help improve internal processes and workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate paperwork and minimal errors.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, client service, or administrative operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Interest in a long-term career supporting clients and firm operations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $28–$40/hour, based on relevant experience.
