Role Overview As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a modern studio environment. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, as well as addressing malocclusion, sleep-disordered breathing, and TMJ conditions. You may focus on delivering exceptional clinical care or take on leadership duties as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and ensuring clinical excellence. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, as well as addressing malocclusion, sleep-disordered breathing, and TMJ conditions. You may focus on delivering exceptional clinical care or take on leadership duties as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and ensuring clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver restorative, cosmetic, endodontics, implants, and other advanced procedures Perform comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans Identify and treat malocclusion and sleep-related breathing issues Manage a productive schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes Lead clinical onboarding, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives (Lead Dentist) Handle complex cases and member escalations with empathy and professionalism Qualifications & Skills DDS or DMD from an accredited school; active license and current CPR/BLS Invisalign certification; DEA registration Associate Dentists: minimum 2 years of experience; Lead Dentists: 6+ years and leadership experience Comfort with digital workflows and modern dental technology Strong clinical judgment, trustworthiness, and team empowerment skills Core Values & Competencies Emphasizes patient-first care, integrity, leadership, resilience, diversity, and growth.
