Rheumatology physician job in Massachusetts :
An integrated health system based in the Greater Boston area, providing comprehensive, community-focused care to diverse populations, is adding a Rheumatologist. Affiliated with Harvard Medical School, our health system operates hospitals, primary care practices, and specialty services with a strong emphasis on primary care, behavioral health, and public health. Its mission centers on improving health and advancing equity for all patients, regardless of income or background, through high-quality clinical care, education, and research.
About the Opportunity:
- 3 Rheumatologists when fully staffed
- 4-day work week-32 clinical hours with dedicated admin time
- Full-time, employed position
- Academic appointment commensurate with medical school criteria
- Fully integrated EMR (Epic) is utilized throughout our ambulatory and inpatient sites
- Research and teaching opportunities available
- More than 200 primary care providers, creating a built-in referral base for incoming surgeons and specialists
- Opportunity for growth and leadership within the division
