About The Role:

Global Futures operation clearing 30 exchanges worldwide and reconciling 70+ balancing sheets is seeking a dynamic Director and Clearing subject-matter expert to lead client and broker clearing operations and drive excellence across the clearing function.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure all trades are cleared, allocated and booked accurately on trade date
• Liaise with Exchanges, Carry Brokers and Clients to resolve trade issues
• Manage and master GMI, LISA, DUCO, RPA and other back-office systems
• Support projects, automation and process improvements, including new business initiatives
• Provide guidance and issue resolution to Clearing team members
• Stay current on industry and regulatory requirements; respond to Exchanges, Regulators and Auditors
• Partner closely with Operations, Front Office, Compliance, Risk and other teams
• Work 12:00 PM-8:00 PM shift to support seamless end-of-day processing
• Participate in rotational U.S. holiday coverage

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10+ years relevant experience; working knowledge of GMI, LISA & DUCO
• Expert Options knowledge with strong understanding of the Futures & Options trade lifecycle and break resolution
• Proven operational leadership and management experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through and time management
• Proactive problem-solver focused on process improvement, efficiency and controls
• Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability
• Collaborative team player with integrity and professionalism
• Strong escalation, communication and influencing skills
• Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines and competing priorities
