ABOUT THE COMPANY

Wealthrive.AI is a tax strategy platform for financial advisors serving high-net-worth clients. Advisors use it to run a defensible tax strategy analysis for a client in minutes, deliver a clear plan, and help implement it. The platform is built on a decade of tax strategy practice, is live with beta advisors today, and launches commercially in January 2027.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Head of Advisor Acquisition is responsible for converting financial advisors into paying users of Wealthrive.AI. The company objective is 1,000 paying advisors within the first twelve months of commercial launch, and this role owns advisor acquisition against it.

This is a hands-on selling role, not a management role. Marketing strategy, channel investment, and systems selection are held by the CEO. This role is focused on the advisor, from first conversation through to a subscription that renews.

Success is measured by advisors who are still paying after the free trial month, not by signups.

For the first several months, product demonstrations are delivered jointly with the CEO. The expectation is that the Head of Advisor Acquisition becomes the primary product demonstrator and the company’s face to the advisor market. Technical tax questions are handled by the Chief Tax Strategist, who supports the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advisor Acquisition

•   Convert inbound demo requests into paid subscriptions

•   Generate additional pipeline through direct outreach, LinkedIn, and personal network

•   Deliver live product demonstrations, initially alongside the CEO and independently thereafter

•   Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and membership organization events

Onboarding and Conversion

•   Guide new advisors through account setup and their first client analysis

•   Identify trial accounts that have not engaged and intervene before the trial ends

•   Drive conversion to paid at the close of the free month

Pipeline Discipline and Reporting

•   Maintain complete and current records in the company CRM

•   Produce accurate weekly pipeline and conversion reporting that leadership and investors can rely on without reconciliation

Product and Market Feedback

•   Develop working knowledge of the platform sufficient to demonstrate it and handle common advisor questions

•   Bring in the Chief Tax Strategist for technical tax questions rather than answering them directly

•   Relay objections, feature requests, and competitive intelligence to the CEO

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

•   Four or more years closing B2B software or financial services subscriptions, with a record of consistently meeting quota

•   Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently, from prospect through demonstration to close

•   Experience selling virtually, by video and phone

•   Ability to build pipeline without a mature marketing engine in place

•   Track record of maintaining accurate CRM records and producing reporting others relied on

•   Ability to learn a technically sophisticated product and demonstrate it credibly to a professional audience

•   Willingness to travel for conferences and industry events

•   Comfort operating as the company’s first and only dedicated salesperson

Preferred

•   Experience selling into RIAs, wealth management firms, CPAs, or financial advisors

•   Working knowledge of tax planning or financial planning

•   Early-stage company experience

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation package including $120,000 base salary, target total cash compensation of approximately $200,000 with uncapped performance-based upside, and an equity grant.
