You will serve as the bridge between customers, manufacturers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure proposals align with project specifications, customer requirements, and profitability objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesQuotation & Bid Management* Manage project quotations from opportunity identification through proposal submission* Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine project requirements* Develop complete and accurate project quotations* Coordinate factory pricing requests and special pricing approvals* Ensure proposals meet customer specifications and manufacturer requirements* Maintain quote documentation, project records, and revision historyTechnical Review & Solution Development* Analyze plans, specifications, and drawings* Verify product selections, bill of materials, and lead times* Collaborate with manufacturers and technical resources to develop compliant solutions* Recommend value-engineered alternatives when appropriate* Identify specification conflicts, risks, and scope gapsCross-Functional Collaboration* Partner with Sales, Customer Support, and Manufacturing Partners* Coordinate technical support and pricing activities* Manage multiple quotation opportunities simultaneously* Support the successful transition of awarded projects to execution teamsQualificationsRequired* Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of related experience* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and organizational abilities* Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyPreferred* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field* Experience in estimating, quotations, bid management, project coordination, or sales support* Ability to interpret project plans and specifications* Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems* Infrastructure, utility, lighting, or construction industry experienceWhy TWG Infrastructure?**Good Faith Salary Range:** The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 to $95,000 per year.
