Golf Equipment Technician

SALARY: Pay Rate $17.65 /hour WORK HOURS: Seasonal: 20-40 hours/week/flexible; Schedule will vary depending on the season.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Schedule diagnostics, making repairs on golf equipment, and supporting CrossWinds, Paul Walker, and Hobson Grove locations.
• Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements, and battery checks.
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues on golf carts, mowers, and other small equipment.
• Clean, inspect, and tune up equipment to keep it running smoothly.
• Work with a team to make sure all equipment is safe and ready to use.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Some experience with tools (even from shop class or hobbies) is a plus!
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
• Dependable, hardworking, and a good team player.
• Must be able to lift light to medium weights and work in a hands-on environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma (or GED) preferred, with three to six months of experience preferred Or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Age 18+.
