Quality Inspector – ManufacturingLocation: Knoxville, TNJoin BHS Corrugated North America!BHS Corrugated is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Knoxville. In this role, you'll inspect precision-machined corrugating rolls and cassettes throughout the manufacturing process to ensure every product meets our high quality standards before it reaches our customers.If you have experience with precision measuring tools, enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, and take pride in delivering quality work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured components.Verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall product quality using precision measuring equipment.Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Document inspection results and communicate quality issues to production.Identify non-conforming parts and support corrective actions.Help ensure products meet BHS quality standards before shipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED.2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Experience using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools.Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings (GD&T experience is a plus).Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why BHS Corrugated?Competitive payComprehensive benefits package401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementStable, global company with a strong reputation in manufacturingIf you're looking for a career where quality matters and your work makes an impact, apply today to join the BHS Corrugated team in Knoxville.
