Site Coordinator

Community Health Care Systems (CHCS) is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple outpatient medical offices. This position is ideal for an organized, motivated leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving operations, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership for multiple clinical locations. Supervise front office and clinical support. Coach, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive workplace culture. Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and coverage. Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction. Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with training of new employees. Ensure compliance with CHCS policies, HRSA requirements, OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards. Partner with providers and department leaders to improve workflow efficiency. Address employee performance concerns through coaching and documentation when necessary. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and employee retention efforts. Promote teamwork and consistent communication across assigned sites. Support organizational initiatives and continuous quality improvement projects. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of healthcare supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong leadership and employee coaching skills. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
