Senior Technical Recruiter

PSM Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Solutions team on a part-time basis.

As a trusted recruiting partner for organizations ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies, we help clients identify and hire exceptional technology professionals across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, data, product, and executive leadership.

We're looking for a recruiter who enjoys building long-term relationships, developing creative sourcing strategies, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver outstanding talent. Key Responsibilities

* Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and technology leadership positions
* Develop sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, GitHub, and other talent communities
* Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical backgrounds, career goals, communication skills, and organizational fit
* Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and advise on recruitment strategies
* Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination throughout the hiring process
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring initiatives
* Prepare candidate evaluations, market insights, and hiring recommendations for clients and hiring teams
* Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate documentation within ATS and CRM systems
* Stay informed on technology hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, IT recruitment, or talent acquisition
* Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps professionals, cybersecurity specialists, product managers, QA engineers, and other technical professionals
* Previous experience within executive search firms, staffing agencies, consulting organizations, or corporate technology recruiting teams
* Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and multiple sourcing channels
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating across distributed teams
