Senior Business Manager

Supporting the GVP of Product Delivery and Innovation, the full-time Senior Business Manager will lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a flexible or remote work environment. Key responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor, delivering data-driven insights and operational guidance to inform strategy and execution Own the operating rhythm of the organization, including performance updates and annual planning Prepare strategic documentation and facilitate leadership meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment Required qualifications Experience leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable strategies Experience collaborating with product engineering teams Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or VP-level leaders in a fast-paced global technology or SaaS organization Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and customer success
