Marine/Industrial Diesel Technician (South Roxana, IL) Mike's Inc Mike’s Inc., a union shop, is hiring a full-time, Marine/Industrial Diesel Technician for the repair facility in South Roxana, IL. Responsibilities Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately. Inspect engine computer and electronic systems to repair and maintain. Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts). Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, i.e., leaks. Keep logs on work and issues. Maintain equipment and tools in good condition. Willing to work overtime. Willing to be on call Willing to travel up to 25% Required Skills 5 Yrs Marine/Industrial/Diesel engine repair experience 1 Yr Experience with Cummins INSITE or John Deere Service Advisor. 3 Yrs Engine experience with one of the following: John Deere, Cummins or Mitsubishi. Have basic hand tools.
