Radiology Tech - CT Tech

Radiologic Technologist CT/XR

Schedule: M-F mid-shift

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a CT/XR training program
• Current ARRT in Radiography
• ARRT (CT, XR) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographic examinations of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation.
• Exercise professional judgment in the performance of procedures, applying principles of radiation protection.
• Maintain patient records and files, and ensure departmental quality assurance.
• Transfer patients to and from radiology as required.
• Pursue continuing education and stay current with industry standards.
• Assist in maintaining the general hygiene of the department and self.

Compliance / Notes:

• Flu vaccine required.
• Employee will work with patients/employees of all cultural and religious backgrounds.
• Employee performs within the prescribed limits of the ethics and compliance program.
• Must be willing to take call and report to work within 20 minutes.
