Digital Marketer

Own campaign strategy, content distribution, and performance insights across paid and organic channels. Cybard is hiring a Digital Marketer to plan, launch, and optimize growth campaigns across paid and organic channels. This role owns campaign execution, performance reporting, and continuous experimentation to improve qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes. Responsibilities Build and manage multi-channel campaign calendars. Plan and execute paid social, search, and retargeting campaigns. Partner with design and copy teams to produce high-converting assets. Track campaign performance and produce weekly performance reports. Optimize audience targeting, creatives, and funnel conversion paths. Coordinate launch timelines with sales and project stakeholders Requirements 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a growth-focused role. Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and campaign analytics. Strong understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and reporting. Ability to prioritize, execute, and iterate in a fast-moving environment. Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
