This is a critical hire and the business is looking to onboard the right candidate urgently. You will take ownership of the end-to-end production and sourcing function, managing global suppliers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring products move seamlessly from concept to delivery. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring someone who can develop and inspire a high‑performing team while implementing scalable processes and standards.
