IT Project CoordinatorPosition Details:Client: State of Arizona - AZDOAJob Title: IT Project CoordinatorLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85007Duration: 6+ months (Strong possibility for an extension)ADOA-ASET develops and executes the statewide IT strategy for Arizona state government and provides IT services and infrastructure to state agencies to ensure continuity of mission critical and essential systems. ASET's Enterprise Program and Project Management Office (EPMO) provides project management services to ASET business units and state agency customers. The IT Project Coordinator Position reports to ASET's EPMO Manager. EPMO Projects involve infrastructure, open systems, networking, digital government, telecommunications, business engineering, strategic initiatives, application development, managed services, etc.Responsibilities:• Assist EPMO Manager with tasks to manage and coordinate activities of the EPMO• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes• Develop documentation and presentation• Perform analysis and develop/present reports and metrics• Develop tracking system for extensive EPMO documentation and organize into electronic folders• Communicate with multiple stakeholders, each with different reporting needs/requirements• Support Project Managers in project management of multiple projects• Develop and maintain Project Schedules• Support Administration of Project/Portfolio Management and Agile ToolsRequirements:• Associates or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience• 3+ years of work experience• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Executive Assistant or similar position• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills• Strong follow through, attention to detail and organization skills• Solid time-management and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously• Evolving problem-solving skills• Proficient with MS-Office, in particular MS Word and MS Excel• Understands Information Technology Terminology & Processes• Experience with File sharing systems and Internet searching• Ability to work effectively in a matrix managed organization• Personable with customer service skillsThe selected IT Project Coordinator may become versatile with Clarity, MS Project, Visio, One Note, PowerPoint, JIRA, SharePoint, Office 365, etc. [Note: Prior experience not required].Additional Information:All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy apply
