Sr. Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities Monitor daily outbound transportation activity to ensure accurate execution across all shipments Tracking shipments from pickup through final delivery Identifying and resolving delivery exceptions and service issues Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels Analyze operational performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Reviewing shipment, routing, and delivery data to support decision‑making Providing regular updates and insights to leadership Supporting forecasting and planning efforts based on volume and operational trends Support resolution of logistics issues and inquiries Assisting with troubleshooting transportation and delivery issues Providing timely updates and communication to stakeholders Partnering with internal teams to support issue resolution and follow‑up Provide first‑level support for logistics systems Assisting with basic troubleshooting and issue identification within warehouse systems Supporting users with system questions and navigation Escalating system issues to appropriate teams when needed Support system and data integrity across logistics platforms Maintaining and validating operational data Assisting with reporting development and enhancements Ensuring consistency and accuracy of key data elements Supporting implementation of system and process changes Provide support for specialized delivery programs and projects as needed Coordination, tracking, and communication of key milestones Manage a high volume of work and competing priorities to ensure service level expectations are consistently met All other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field preferred Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain preferred Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions Experience working with logistics, transportation, or warehouse management systems preferred Advanced Excel skills with experience working in large data sets preferred Preference given to candidates with experience in reporting and data analysis Excellent organizational, time‑management, prioritization, and multi‑tasking skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization Able to translate business needs into actionable solutions Job Details Time Type: Full time Job Type: Regular Job Family Group: Distrib & Matls Mgmt Location Region/State: Missouri Compensation Range: Annual Salary: 58,000.00 - 63,000.00 EEO Statement Scholastic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
