Your Responsibilities Include:

• Utilizing advanced radiographic and CT techniques to obtain high-resolution diagnostic images for physician review.
• Collaborating effectively alongside radiologists and a dynamic care team to facilitate accurate and timely diagnoses.
• Ensuring patient positioning is accurate and equipment is calibrated to prioritize optimal imaging quality.
• Upholding strict radiation safety standards for the protection of both patients and staff alike.
• Maintaining detailed records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep, to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Delivering compassionate care and support during each stage of the imaging process.
• Contributing to a well-organized, efficient, and safe imaging environment.

Education Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• Must have graduated from an accredited radiology program.

Required Certifications:

• ARRT certification in CT or Radiography.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Essential Skills:

• Strong familiarity with diagnostic imaging protocols and safety practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering relationships with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adeptness in adapting to fast-paced environments and fluctuating demands.
• A meticulous, detail-oriented approach coupled with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfort with technology, including PACS, RIS, and cutting-edge imaging software.
