Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience: 1 year Licenses: CLT-IN Certifications: CERT-ARRT-CI (Copy needed); R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Copy needed); BLS-AHA (Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
