Financial AnalystIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!The financial analyst will own key operational workstreams that enable renewal execution, partnering cross-functionally with Renewals leadership, Sales, and integration teams on M&A-related renewals activity, account assignment, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong operational rigor, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across stakeholders. This person will ensure accurate account assignment, monitor renewal health, support reporting and process improvements, and maintain documentation that drives consistency across the team. It's a highly visible role, directly supporting Finance leadership and senior executives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Streamline and improve financial renewal reporting and identify/implement process improvements that enhance the accuracy and timeliness of our overall financial reporting processSupport the finance cadence/rhythm of the business for monthly reporting, rolling forecasts and the annual budgeting / planning cycle in alignment with Corporate FP&A timelinesCollaborate and partner with key department leads and cross-company finance and operational teams.Analyze results to understand performance against plan/forecast. Identify trends that indicate problems to address or opportunities to investigate. Highlight business issues and risks and drive changes to improve operations.
