You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities Complete work orders promptly and record all maintenance tasks. Execute preventive maintenance for interior and exterior areas, inspecting and servicing equipment before issues arise. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Ensure mechanical areas (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are safe, orderly, and clean. Deliver high‑quality maintenance work with a strong focus on customer service. Job Requirements & Skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and other maintenance record‑keeping applications). Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Strong multitasking, organizational, and time‑management abilities. Dependable, professional demeanor with a consistent approach. Meticulous attention to detail. Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, including experience with electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and relevant maintenance equipment.
