Location: Glendive Medical Center Gabert Clinic, Glendive, MT Employment Type: Full-Time Specialty: OB/GYN Make a Meaningful Impact in Eastern Montana! Your Next Opportunity: OB/GYN Physician We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join our collaborative team at the Gabert Clinic. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for a diverse patient population. This role includes working closely with a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and being part of a three-provider team, with a schedule of days on (which includes call and deliveries) and 20 days off per month. What You’ll Do Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and office procedures within your scope of practice Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care Participate in professional development and continuing education Provide coverage for colleagues during absences Serve on healthcare committees and contribute to policy development Perform additional duties consistent with the scope of a licensed physician Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Montana Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $325K per year Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Student loan repayment program CME allowance and professional development support Generous PTO, paid holidays, and extended illness time Housing assistance available Health & Wellness (after 59 Days) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Spending Accounts Company-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability Additional voluntary benefits Retirement (after 30 Days) 401(k) with company match (100% vested after 2 years) Why Glendive?
