Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry!The Sales Appointment Setter position involves making outbound calls to potential clients to gather information needed to assist the sales team in closing deals. The role requires serving as the first point of contact for clients pre-sale, ensuring customer information is accurate based on their product needs, and providing exceptional customer service to build a strong brand reputation. The ideal candidate should have excellent phone etiquette and be comfortable with outbound high call volume.
